RETURN POLICY

We currently accept returns for store credit only on all merchandise. To qualify for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition (unused, with all hang tags attached).

  • All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit after this period.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving it. You will be asked to provide a clear photo of the damage so we can address the issue promptly.

We ship both domestic and international orders via USPS and UPS.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase, regardless of the chosen shipping speed. If you require expedited shipping, please email us at info@plusbklyn.com with the subject line: "Expedited Shipping".

Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. Plus BKLYN is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
