Shipping & Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.*
However, please contact us at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order.
*During the current Coronavirus health crisis, we will be honoring returns in exchange for store credit. To receive a refund for an item for store credit please return it in its original condition (unused and with all hang tags in place) . All requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.
If we ship you an item that is damaged, please notify us within 7 business days upon receipt. We will ask that you provide a picture of the damage.

We ship domestic and international via USPS and UPS.
We ship all items within 2 - 4 days of purchase regardless of shipping speed. If you need expedited shipping, please email email@example.com with subject line "expedited shipping"
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Plus BKLYN is not responsible for delays due to customs.
