OFFICIAL RULES: Plus BKLYN Holiday Giveaway Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • The Plus BKLYN Holiday Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Plus BKLYN, their immediate family members, and any affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Dec 18th 12:00 AM EST and ends on January 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

(A) Gift Card Purchase Method:

  • Participants will receive entries into the Sweepstakes based on gift card purchases made at Plus BKLYN.
    • For every $25 gift card purchased, the participant will receive 5 entries into the Sweepstakes.
    • The number of entries increases with additional purchases (e.g., $50 = 10 entries, $100 = 20 entries).
  • Purchases must be made during the Sweepstakes period to qualify.

(B) Free Entry Method:

  • To enter without a purchase, participants must send an email to info@plusbklyn.com with the subject line “Holiday Giveaway Entry.”
  • The email must include the participant’s full name, phone number, and a brief message sharing:
    • Why you love Plus BKLYN or
    • What sustainable fashion means to you.
  • Limit: One (1) free entry per person during the Sweepstakes period.

4. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Holiday Dream Package, which includes:

  • A 2-hour private shopping party for the winner and up to 20 guests at Plus BKLYN's store.
  • Complimentary bubbly and sweet treats.
  • $250 store credit to spend during the party.
  • A See Rose Go trench coat (winner’s choice of size; $288 value).
  • A photoshoot with Stephanie Mallick (@bellabombshel).
  • Additional surprises (to be announced).

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Prize: $2,500

  • Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitutions are allowed.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  • One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Plus BKLYN on January 2, 2025.
  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 business days after the drawing.
  • The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Plus BKLYN, which are final and binding.
  • Participants grant Plus BKLYN the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content (e.g., stories, messages, or photos) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • Plus BKLYN is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or delays in notification.

7. PRIVACY

Information collected during the Sweepstakes will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release Plus BKLYN from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize.
