Living in NYC, I spend a lot of time on the subway. On my morning commute, I've started to listen to podcasts regularly (late to the game, I know!!), and below I've shared my 5 favorite plus size and fat positive podcasts.
Kelly Glover is a "Aussie plus size blogger living in Hollywood," who regularly talks about her search for love (hence the name) on her podcast. She's interviewed some of my favorite plus size babes, and you can listen here.
Founded 2 years ago by Ash, who describes herself as a "podcast-obsessed indignant fat person." I really appreciate that Ash took the time on her website to explain why she uses the word "fat," as it can be tough for some folks to hear. Listen to The Fat Lip here.
Founded by Becky Smith and Stephanie Furniss in 2011, Fat Club Podcast is recorded in Salt Lake City, Utah! Danielle Bex has since joined the pod, which discusses everything from boobs to being an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. Listen here.
Based in LA, I think of April and Sophie as my two plus size BFFs who keep it real, while adding in Lizzie McGuire jokes. They do a great job of balancing emotional topics and politics with lighthearted stories that have made me cry from laughing so hard. Listen here.
This podcast run by KC and Ariel is "the bad fat bitch perspective on everything important." They discuss everything from plus size fashion rules (wide belts galore!) to sizism, and you can listen here.
