We accept stylish contemporary brands, designer pieces, and vintage gems—all in excellent, like-new condition. Please read through our selling process to ensure your items are ready to join our racks!

Guidelines

  • What We Look For

    • Gently used or new-with-tag clothing (in-season).
    • New & unworn shoes.
    • Select designer handbags.

  • Condition Guidance

    We have high standards for resale! Items must be:

    • Freshly laundered or dry-cleaned.
    • Free of stains, holes, odors, pilling, broken zippers, missing buttons, pet hair, or wrinkles.
    • Neatly folded in bags (no hangers, boxes, or suitcases).

    Pro Tip: Button up, zip, and never bring items inside-out.

  • Bag Limits

    • Live Buying: Max 2 medium-sized bags.
    • Drop Off: Max 4 medium-sized bags.

    Include your name and contact info in every bag. We don’t return bags, so bring ones you’re ready to part with

How We Pay

  • Store credit/trade

    We offer 40% of the resale value in store credit

    Credit is valid for 1 year

  • Cash

    Cash buying is available by appointment only. Read on below on how to schedule an appointment.

    We offer 25% of the resale value 

    Payments are made via Venmo or PayPal only (sorry, no other payment methods at this time)

How It Works - Store Trade/Credit

  • Store credit drop offs

    Bring in your items during store hours (12-8pm) to drop off with us —no appointment needed—and receive store credit for anything we accept.

    • Items are reviewed within 1–3 business days.
    • Unaccepted items will be donated on your behalf to local organizations.
    • By dropping off, you agree to this donation policy—we’re unable to return unaccepted items or make exceptions.

  • Store Credit Live Buying

    Available Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 1:00–6:30 PM — no appointment needed!

    • First-come, first-served
    • Wait times range from 20 minutes to 3 hours, depending on demand
    • You have the choice to donate or take back items we do not accept

  • We offer two ways to sell for cash:

    Drop-Off: Leave items for later review. Unaccepted items are donated.

    Live Buying: Meet with a buyer for an on-the-spot decision. Unaccepted items can be taken home.

  • Traditional officewear or suiting (modern blazers OK).
  • Swimsuits (unless new-with-tags).
  • Wedding gowns or intimates.
